The Creative Network was founded in 2012 with the aims of establishing an inclusive community of artists to raise the profile of artists living and working on the Isle of Man, both nationally and internationally.
Initially this is being achieved through the island's first and only festival of visual arts originally based in the West of the Island and known as Western Open Studios and Art Trail (WOSAT). This has quickly grow to an all Island 3 day event The Isle of Man Art Festival which is based around the first May Day Bank Holiday. We are delighted to be succeeding in our aim of growing the festival year on year, and we look forward to continued growth and recognition both on and off the island in the future.
